Net Zero Ready

Built to the highest environmental standards

Solar panels are affixed to the roof of this lean to carport.

Premium construction comes standard

All of our homes are built to surpass the stretch energy code because it matters. It matters to the future of the planet and matters to a homeowner’s wallet.

Our standard construction techniques allow us to surpass the stretch energy code requirement by almost 20%. This means our homes cost less than $700 per year to run. Yes, that includes heating and cooling.

Net Zero Ready

We can make the majority of our projects net zero by adding a ~4kw photovoltaic (solar) system to the roof. If your backyard has sufficient sun exposure the system can be placed entirely on the ADU’s roof.

Little to No Additional Cost

With our solar installation partner, we offer homeowners an opportunity to leverage solar leasing to avoid spending any additional money to install the solar array. A solar lease simply means the homeowner is agreeing to buy energy produced from from the panels from the solar lease provider at or below local electric rates.

In scenarios where there is insufficient sun exposure we may need to build a solar carport to accommodate some of the panels. In this case, there would be additional cost to build the carport and make the home Net Zero.
